New Relic has announced an AI-driven integration with ServiceNow, further expanding its open agent ecosystem. The collaboration aims to provide enterprises with deeper insights and intelligent recommendations while automating workflows to minimise downtime and revenue loss.
By embracing agent-to-agent AI integrations connected via natural language APIs, New Relic’s Intelligent Observability Platform enables IT teams to process vast amounts of data efficiently. The platform identifies hidden issues and delivers actionable insights directly within ServiceNow’s interface, eliminating the need for context switching and reducing operational inefficiencies.
Manav Khurana, chief product officer at New Relic, said, “Enterprises have more data than any team of engineers can handle. Our AI-driven integrations automate tasks, unify disparate data sources, and surface business-critical insights, allowing users to take immediate action.”
The integration between New Relic and ServiceNow allows IT teams to access real-time production data, including errors, logs, security vulnerabilities, and alerts, all within their existing workflows. Through natural language processing, users can query performance insights, compare historical trends, and receive alert intelligence reports, significantly improving decision-making and incident response times.
Brian Emerson, GVP and GM of IT operations management and cloud observability at ServiceNow, mentioned, “By integrating observability data from multiple vendors, including New Relic, into ServiceNow’s workflows, we’re creating a unified, agent-to-agent experience. This enables IT teams to focus on high-impact incidents and enhance customer experiences at scale.”
Moreover, New Relic is introducing Predictions, a feature that uses machine learning to analyse historical data and forecast potential issues before they impact business operations. By identifying pre-incident patterns, Predictions enable IT teams to proactively address slow-burning problems and prevent digital disruptions.
The AI-driven integrations with ServiceNow, Google Gemini, GitHub Copilot, and Amazon Q Business are now available within the New Relic Intelligent Observability Platform.
